Options Transferring Email to GApps

If you can mount the old accounts via imap then you can also mount the GApps accounts via imap. Then you drag and drop from one set of folders to the other. If the old mail system has folders, GApps will create labels to mimic the old folder structure. The instructions for setting up imap are in the settings section of the webmail view of an account. Use username@mydomain (GApp username) as the login and the password will be that of the GApps account.

You might be able to use Mail Fetcher. Within your GApps account (webmail view) click on Settings then Accounts. You'll see a section on get mail from other accounts. Here's the link to the Read More: http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&ctx=mail&answer=21288

If you have the Premium Edition of GApps, there are additional migration methods. Open the Control Panel (admin) and click on Advanced Tools. You see a section on email migration.

Creating a Form

To Create the form:

1) Open docs and create a new SS. Don't add anything yet. Save it.

2) Click on Share and check 'to fill out a form'

3) Click on 'Start Editing your form...'

4) Find in the fields and make a selection of the type of Question, e.g. Text.

5) When finished with the question, click Done. You may then click on 'Add a question' and repeat this process until you've created all questions.

6) Click on Save then 'Next, choose recipients'

7) Add the recipients, check the Preferences you want and then Submit.

As forms come back, the document will be updated each time you open it. You can also click on Go to live form' (this can be seen in the future by clicking on sharing for this SS).
