Not recieving all email - Fix A Problem | Google Groups

Original question:
Hi,For our domain, malkovitch.se some users are not getting emails fromcertain senders in google apps email. They get mails from everyone who
sends from the same domain and of course a lot of spam but certain
mails from certain senders seem never to come from or take several
days before they get them.

There are a few reasons why messages may not appear in your inbox. If
you send messages to a mailing list, a nickname, or to an address that
is automatically forwarding to your account, the messages won't appear
in your inbox - a copy will be available in your ‘Sent Mail’ label.

Filters, auto-forwarding, and ‘Reply-to:’ addresses can also affect
message delivery to your inbox. If you are using a custom 'From:'
address to send mail, make sure you've designated your email address
at your domain as the 'Reply-to:' address. Click 'Settings' at the top
of your email account to check.

Check Trash, Spam, and All Mail for the messages in question. In order
to avoid duplicates, Gmail doesn't download copies of messages sent
from within your client. However, these messages will appear in the
inbox of your web Gmail.

If you're still unable to find the messages, please ask the sender for
the full headers, and include them in a response to this message.

Please copy and paste the contents of the new browser window into your
reply. If you don't wish to include the text of the affected message,
simply delete the body of the email from the above information. But,
